Companies Cater To Customers, Should Sponsors Cater to Employees???

Latest studies show the sponsors providing the most innovative tools and communication to help participants with their daunting retirement challenges have the highest incidents of loyalty and satisfaction.  Moreover, the sponsors’ consultants advising on these services must surely take a proactive stand by starting the discussion with their clients before their competitors do it for them.  Why???  Retention and new business are tied together.  Why be “satisfactory” when it’s critical to have your existing clients be your best sales reps!
